TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Contract & Representation

• The model agrees to be exclusively or non-exclusively represented by the agency.

• Duration of the contract (e.g., 1 year, 2 years).

• Termination clauses (how either party can end the contract).

2. Agency Commission & Fees

• The agency’s commission (usually 15%-25% of the model’s earnings).

• Additional agency fees (e.g., portfolio development, comp cards, training).

• How and when the model gets paid after completing a job.

3. Job Assignments & Obligations

• The model agrees to accept or decline jobs through the agency.

• Professional behavior expectations (punctuality, attitude, dress code).

• Travel and accommodation responsibilities (who covers costs).

4. Usage Rights & Exclusivity

• Rights of the agency and clients to use the model’s images and videos.

• Any exclusivity agreements (e.g., the model cannot work with competing agencies).

• Time limits on image usage (e.g., a brand can use a photo for one year).

5. Conduct & Professional Standards

• The model must maintain a professional image (social media conduct, personal appearance).

• Compliance with industry regulations (e.g., age restrictions, working hours for minors).

• Prohibition of unprofessional behavior (e.g., drug use, misconduct).

6. Liability & Indemnity

• The agency is not responsible for injury, loss, or damages during assignments.

• The model agrees to indemnify the agency for any breaches of contract.

7. Termination & Breach of Contract

• Grounds for contract termination (e.g., misconduct, failing to attend castings).

• Consequences of early termination (e.g., penalty fees, loss of earnings).
